~ ADMISSIONS PROCESS

  • When submitting referral documentation, it's crucial to ensure all required documents are complete and accurate. This includes valid identification, such as a driver’s license or state ID, and any relevant criminal record documents. Proper identification helps verify the individual’s identity, while criminal record documentation provides a comprehensive background, which is essential for tailoring the recovery program to their specific needs. Ensuring all paperwork is correctly submitted facilitates a smooth review process.

  • The referral review process is critical in ensuring that each individual receives the appropriate level of care and support. During this process, submitted referrals are meticulously reviewed by program staff to assess the individual's needs and suitability for the program. This includes evaluating the provided documentation and any additional information about the individual's substance use history and current situation. The goal is to create a personalized recovery plan that addresses each participant's unique challenges and strengths. A thorough review ensures that the program can offer the most effective and targeted support, paving the way for their journey.

  • The phone screening is an essential part of the referral review process for the program. This step involves an online interview with the individual to assess their personality, needs, and readiness for the program. During the screening, trained staff will engage in a comprehensive interview with the participant, exploring their substance use history, personal challenges, and motivation for recovery. This interaction helps gauge the individual's commitment to the program and identify specific areas where support is needed. The phone screening ensures the program can tailor its approach to each person, providing the most effective and personalized care to support their recovery journey.

  • The final step in the referral review process is intake and admission. Once the individual has successfully completed the phone screening, they are invited to the facility for the official intake process. This involves a detailed orientation session introducing them to the program's guidelines, expectations, and available resources. Any remaining documentation is finalized during this phase, and a personalized recovery plan is developed in collaboration with the individual. This plan includes tailored treatment goals, support services, and a schedule of activities. The intake and admission step is crucial for setting the foundation for a successful program, ensuring that each participant feels welcomed, informed, and fully prepared to embark on their journey to sobriety.
